Charlotte joined the firm in March 2010 and became a Chartered Financial Planner in 2015.Charlotte is keen to help clients achieve their objectives and enjoy their wealth to the fullest. Charlotte’s aim is to give clients peace of mind that their financial affairs are being well taken care of so they can focus on their own personal goals. Charlotte has a particular passion for promoting financial awareness across women and younger people. Outside of the office, Charlotte is a mum to two young girls and loves holidays and trips with friends and family.

Rupert Pepper

Rupert is a director – corporate development and is part of the team responsible for coordinating the M & A activities for the Group and leading Group-wide strategic projects.
Prior to joining Rathbones in March 2015, Rupert spent 15 years in corporate finance at Hawkpoint Partners and subsequently Canaccord Genuity, where he advised a wide variety of financial services companies on M&A and financing transactions, with a particular focus on the investment management and private banking sectors. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute.
Nick Rich

Nick joined Saunderson House (SHL) in the Summer of 2011 and has progressed through the graduate programme, becoming authorised to provide Financial Advice in 2019. He is now part of Rathbones Financial Planning following the acquisition of SHL in October 2021. Nick enjoys working closely with an incredibly wide variety of clients from different professions and backgrounds.

My team manages a wide range of multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of individuals, families and institutions. We manage both onshore and offshore portfolios, including trusts, corporate funds, charities, pension funds, and other investment structures. We work closely with our clients to understand their financial objectives and build tailored portfolios that meet their present and future needs.

I am part of the research team, with responsibility for our coverage of direct UK equities. Specifically, I cover the travel and leisure, support services, aerospace and defence, utilities and beverages sectors. We look for the most compelling investment opportunities for our clients within the Developed Market listed equity universe. As a team we do this through having sector specialisms, a bottom-up approach to analysis with rigorous due diligence and peer review. I have an interest in ESG investing, and helped develop our ESG analysis of direct equities.

I aim to keep clients assured that they will have the funds they need available when they require it, by building a good relationship and understanding their financial circumstances. I work with private clients, IFA's and trustees, managing a wide range of portfolios including general investment accounts, ISA's, SIPP's, offshore bonds and trusts.
