James is an investment director, graduating from the University of Warwick in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) in Maths and Philosophy. He worked for Friends Provident before joining Rathbones in 2003, working for the Unit Trust division.James subsequently joined the private client business of Rathbones in 2007 and now manages portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, charities, personal pension schemes, offshore bonds and family trusts. He also spent over ten years sitting on the Rathbone UK Stock Selection Committee.

Sarah joined Rathbones Board in 2015 and was appointed Senior Independent Director in 2022. Sarah was Chair of the Remuneration Committee from June 2017 and August 2023 and was a designated Non-executive Director of the firm’s workforce engagement programme between 2019 and 2023.Sarah brings the following key skills to the Board which supports the firm’s strategy: banking, digital marketing, risk management, corporate governance and regulatory experience.
Findlay Ingram

Findlay joined Rathbones as an investment manager in 2018 and manages discretionary portfolios for private individuals, pension funds, family trusts and charities. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a member of the Overseas Equity Committee, contributing to the investment process at Rathbones.
Findlay graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Economics & Finance before starting his career at Charles Stanley.

Camilla is an investment director and has worked in private client fund management since 2011. She joined Rathbones in 2011 having previously worked at Lyxor Asset Management, part of the Societe Generale Group.Camilla graduated from the University of Edinburgh gaining a 2:1 in Geography in 2010 and is now a Chartered Fellow, FCSI, of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having completed the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment Masters in 2014.
John Dickson

John is responsible for managing a number of portfolios for private individuals, personal pensions, trusts and charities. Prior to joining Rathbones in January 2020, John spent nine years at Tilney as a portfolio manager. He holds an Honours Degree in Business Economics and is a member of the Personal Finance Society and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered institute for Securities and Investments. John has attained the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the CII and the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification from the CISI.

Gerry is a business development director and is a key point of contact for financial advisers in the North of England. Christy heads up the tax advantaged investments proposition at Rathbones, where she is responsible for delivering a structured approach, with thorough due diligence, that will provide clients greater opportunity to invest in this space. Prior to joining Rathbones, Christy was involved in advising, identifying, and executing financial strategies, and supporting UHNW families at Fry Family Office. Christy is a Certified Financial Planner, who started her career working alongside accountants and solicitors to best support their clients.
