Rowan Marron

Rowan started her career as an investment analyst in October 2008, just after Lehman Brothers fell, and has been living in interesting times ever since. After earning her degree in PPE from Oxford, she joined Ruffer as an equity analyst, before moving to Orbis five years later. After a detour into working for a quant fund, dataffirm, Rowan joined Rathbones in 2020. She is a CFA charterholder.

Matthew Fry

Matthew joined Rathbones in January 2024 having previously worked at Brooks Macdonald for 6 and a half years.Prior to this, he was a professional footballer, representing clubs from the Premier league down to lower leagues of English football.Matthew holds the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification and the CISI Investment Advice Diploma. He also holds accounting qualifications with the AAT.Matthew is married with two children and when he isn’t spending time with his family, he enjoys spending time on the golf course.

James McNab

James McNab is an Investment Manager specialising in the management of private client, SIPP and trust portfolios, as well as adviser introduced client portfolios. James graduated from The University of Liverpool in 2006 with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, as well as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Prior to joining Rathbones in 2017, he spent 10 years at The Bank of New York Mellon.

Andrew Zazzi

Andrew is an investment director with the Rathbone’s charities team based at our Liverpool office. He has extensive knowledge and experience of helping private individuals, charities and not for profit organisations to achieve their long term financial objectives throughout a career spanning 20 years working within the investment management industry.

Jing Hu

Jing is a senior asset allocation analyst at Rathbones, supporting the head of asset allocation research as well the Strategic Asset Allocation Committee in maintaining and improving Rathbones' top-down investment process. Jing joined the firm in February 2017, before which she worked as an investment analyst for the investment arm of Arbuthnot Latham, a London based boutique private bank. She spent over three years at Arbuthnot, learning and contributing in areas of fund selection, thematic research and client support.

Lavina Moore

As manager of the Belfast discretionary investment team I ensure we work together to provide an investment portfolio catered to a client's investment needs, including any personal bias or restrictions they may have. I also manage multi-asset portfolios on behalf of private clients, charities, pension funds, trusts, offshore bonds and self-invested pension funds. I am a member of our group Stock Selection Committee and I am actively involved in the office's corporate volunteering scheme.

Kieran Smith

Kieran joined Rathbones in March 2017 in our Middle Office team having previously worked for Equiniti Financial Services as a senior transfers administrator. He started his administrative career in 1994 and has worked in various administration roles throughout his career. Kieran lives in Kent with his partner and two young sons. In his spare time he plays in a local pool league and is a keen follower of football.

Bridget Ukleja

Bridget specialises in the discretionary management of bespoke multi-asset portfolios for a broad range of clients and intermediaries, including pensions, trusts and offshore vehicles. Prior to joining Investec Wealth and Investment Bridget studied Economics at Cardiff University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, having completed the Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification and Investment Advice Diploma.

Matthew has recently joined Rathbones as an investment director having over 23 years of investment experience managing portfolio for individuals, trusts, charities and pension funds at Quilter Cheviot. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI as well as being a long serving committee member and ex-president of the Manchester District of the CISI. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester.

Ian Stewart

Chris joined Saunderson House in 2015 as part of the graduate trainee programme and is part of Rathbones Financial Planning following the acquisition of Saunderson House in October 2021. Chris holds Chartered Financial Planner status and is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He provides holistic financial planning to a wide range of clients, advising on tax-efficient investing, pension/retirement planning and passing wealth onto future generations.
