Victoria is an investment director with over 20 years' experience in providing and managing investment solutions to Charity and Pension Fund trustees, as well as to individuals including those with bespoke or complex investment requirements. Victoria is a chartered fellow of the CISI and an experienced Trustee. She is a former Executive Trustee of the Edward Gostling Foundation, former trustees of the Lankelly Chase Foundation, an early adopter of the UNPRI, latterly chairing the Investment Committee, and former advisor to the Stroke Association Investment Committee.

She focuses on building relationships with Financial Advisors and Discretionary Fund Managers in Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, south Wales, Cornwall and Devon. Jemima previously worked at Jupiter Asset Management as a Sales Support Executive. Jemima holds a B.B.A in Finance and a Minor in Entrepreneurship at Georgia State University.

Lee Barter

Lee Joined Rathbones in 2011 as an Investment Manager. He manages investments for a range of private clients, pension funds, trusts and charities. Prior to joining Rathbones from Barclays Wealth, Lee has over 15 years’ experience within the private client investment management industry and has worked at Blackrock in the Charities division and managed private client portfolios for a number of years at Investec. Lee is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the CISI Diploma in Investment Management.

Julie Smith

Julie is an investment manager, managing investment portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts, charities and pensions. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities and Investment Institute, completing her Diploma in December 2007. Julie joined Rathbones in July 2015 following nearly nine years with Brewin Dolphin and five and a half years with Aberdeen Asset Managers in trainee and investment manager roles.

Jack Dible

Jack works closely with Robert Walker, Paula Forecast and Ross Bridger, managing discretionary multi-asset investment portfolios on behalf of UK and offshore domiciled individuals, companies and trusts. He joined Rathbones in 2023, having previously worked as an assistant portfolio manager in the discretionary investment team at Saunderson House. Jack is a Chartered Wealth Manager and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI). He holds a degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Exeter, where he graduated with a 2:1 in 2019.

Charlotte has a particular passion for promoting financial awareness across women and younger people. Outside of the office, Charlotte is a mum to two young girls and loves holidays and trips with friends and family.
