He started his career at Merrill Lynch HSBC as a business development analyst before working at IR consultancies Taylor Rafferty and Shared Value, advising international blue-chip clients on their IR programmes. Nicolas then spent 13 years at global asset manager Columbia Threadneedle Investments in external communications covering EMEA, before joining Hargreaves Lansdown in an interim role ahead of its delisting from the stock market.
