Robbie Carr

Robbie is an equity analyst on the Rathbone UK Opportunities Fund. He joined us in October 2021, having previously worked at Mirabaud Asset Management as a UK equity fund analyst. Robbie is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder as well as a chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), having started his career on the graduate programme at Ernst & Young. Robbie graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master’s degree in Economics and also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Amy McCulloch

Amy joined Rathbones in October 2020 through the Rathbones Graduate Scheme, having graduated with a first-class degree in Accountancy and Finance at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. The 24 month long Graduate Scheme involved gaining in-depth experience and knowledge of Rathbones by exposure to a variety of departments. Amy now works as an Assistant Investment Manager in the Glasgow Office. She works closely alongside Tony Smith in providing discretionary investment management services for private individuals, pensions, and trusts.

Tom is the investment specialist for the Rathbones Multi-Asset Portfolio fund range. Joining Rathbones in April 2025, Tom brings 13 years of financial services experience. He started his career at Brewin Dolphin in investment management, where he was part of a team managing discretionary portfolios for private clients and financial advisers. He then moved into asset management, focusing on managing professional and institutional client relationships across London and the southeast of England, firstly at Sanlam Asset Management before moving to boutique asset manager Amati Global Investors.
