Gail joined Rathbones in July 2000, having previously been based in Jersey, working within the insurance industry.

Neil Smith is a sustainable investment analyst; he works closely with David and the team to provide in-depth investment analysis with a focus on sustainable investment. He graduated from Plymouth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in law and politics. Neil has over fourteen years’ experience working for Rathbones Asset Management. He holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Emma joined in October 2024 as the equity research analyst for Rathbones Multi-Asset and Rathbones Greenbank Multi-Asset funds. Prior to joining Rathbones, Emma spent seven years covering the European Consumer Staples sector as an equity research analyst at RBC Capital Markets. She is a CFA charterholder and graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first in BSc Economics.

Rathbone Unit Trust Management renamed Rathbones Asset Management Rathbone Unit Trust Management Limited (RUTM) today announces it has been renamed to Rathbones Asset Management Limited (RAM), effective 30 November 2023. RAM is an active fund management house offering equity, bond and multi-asset portfolios as well as a range of sustainable funds. The change in name follows the renaming of Rathbones Group Plc earlier this year.
