James Payne

He is passionate about helping clients achieve financial independence through thoughtful, strategic planning and tailored investment advice.
James joined Saunderson House after graduating with First Class Honours in Biomedicine from Lancaster University. He holds Chartered Financial Planner status and is now part of Rathbones Financial Planning, following the acquisition of Saunderson House.

Andrew Gaffney

Andrew works closely with Tony Smith and Graeme Dickie in Glasgow, providing investment management services to private individuals, pensions, and trusts. He completed an undergraduate degree at Glasgow Caledonian University in Finance, Investment and Risk. After obtaining a 2:1, he went on to complete a Master’s degree in Investment Fund Management, achieving a Merit from the University of Glasgow.
Andrew joined Speirs & Jeffrey in 2018 on their graduate scheme before Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019.
