I am a Personal Assistant, supporting the team of Investment Directors and Managers in the Exeter office. As well as providing secretarial support, I help look after the clients and intermediaries whether it is over the phone or when they visit the office.

Adam joined Rathbones in 2021 after spending two and a half years at Investec in a Portfolio Management role. He now manages Personal Injury and Court of Protection Portfolios and relationships, and is a voting member of the Rathbones Diversifiers Investment Committee. He graduated from the University of Bristol in 2018 with a degree in Economics and has since achieved both the CFA Charterholder and the Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager qualifications.

Alan is an investment director for Rathbones Investment Management International and manages a range of private client, trust, corporate and charity portfolios. Alan began his career in offshore finance in 1987 with AIB Bank in Jersey and prior to joining Rathbones in October 2012, he was responsible for AIB’s offshore investment proposition.

Rachit Chirania is an Investment Analyst in the Emerging Market Equities team, with over 11 years of experience in equity research and investment consulting. He has previously worked at GAM Investments and at a leading Asian sell-side firm, where he developed deep expertise in emerging markets, particularly India. Rachit is known for his ability to generate high-conviction investment ideas through a blend of qualitative and quantitative analysis, applying both top-down macroeconomic frameworks and bottom-up company-level insights.
