Phil Rennie

Phil is an investment director who joined Rathbones in 1997 having previously qualified as a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
Phil completed the Securities Institute Diploma and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment as well as achieving the designation of Chartered Wealth Manager.
Phil is responsible for managing investment portfolios for private individuals, trusts and SIPPs.

Robert Slater

Robert joined Rathbones in 2019 has now gained 10 years experience managing bespoke portfolios for Individuals, Charities, Trusts and Institutions. Robert has also worked at Hassium Asset Management LLP, Invesco Perpetual and Oil Brokerage.
Robert has a degree in Economics and Geography from Loughborough University, is a CFA Charterholder and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. Robert also sits on the overseas stock selection committee for the Rathbones Group.

Sean Curran

Sean joined Rathbones in 2015 and oversees the Research Operations function. Sean is also responsible for the management and implementation of the investment research communications strategy.
Previously, Sean worked for Dow Jones as a senior associate covering the private markets. During his time there, he produced an array of research content for clients and for public consumption, focusing principally on private equity and venture capital investment activity in the U.S., EMEA and China.

Matthew Smith

Matt is a Chartered Financial Planner with a First-class degree in Economics and Finance. He passionately believes in the value of providing clients with tailored holistic financial planning and working with clients to help them to make informed decisions and achieve their lifetime objectives. He advises clients on a broad range of areas including tax efficient investment structuring, pension and retirement planning, and succession and estate planning.

Greg Brock

Greg works as an assistant for Bob Szechenyi and Stuart Furzer fulfilling an administrative role on behalf of UK and offshore domiciled individuals, companies and trusts.
Greg joined Rathbones in 2001, within the London Middle Office, from Bank of New York where he was a senior administrator. He has worked in the industry since 1995, having previously worked for the Public Trust Office prior to joining BONY.
He is a Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
