Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
After achieving a successful period of considerable growth, the board of Rathbones Group Plc (“Rathbones”) announces that Philip Howell will retire as Chief Executive Officer and from the board by the 2019 Annual General Meeting on 9th May 2019. This Interim Management Statement covers the period from 1 January 2015 to 13 May 2015 and includes trading results for the three months ended 31 March 2015.
At the Annual General Meeting later today, Mark Nicholls, Chairman of Rathbones, will say:
“With a backdrop of reasonably favourable investment markets our total funds under management reached £28.9 billion at the end of the first quarter, up 6.3% from 31 December 2014.

Rathbones announces extended partnership with Lacrosse Scotland ahead of the U19 World Championships
Rathbone Brothers Plc (Rathbones), the FTSE 250 wealth management company, announces its extended partnership with Lacrosse Scotland until 2017. The partnership comes during an exciting time for the sport with confirmation that U19 World Championships 2015 will be held in Edinburgh.
