Greg is head of sales, responsible for developing relationships with the third-party market: fund platforms, wraps, and life companies, as well as the underlying IFA community that now increasingly rely on these platforms.

Prior to joining Rathbones, Greg worked at M&G for over 20 years where, latterly, he was director of advisory sales. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing the UK intermediary sales strategy and maintaining strong relationships across the retail third-party market.

Nicholas is an associate director and is a key point of contact for IFAs, brokers and DFM clients. He focuses on London and the Isle of Man.

Before joining Rathbones in March 2012, Nicholas worked within Baker Tilly’s Mergers’ and Acquisitions team and Datamonitor’s Financial Services.

Nicholas holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath. He holds the Investment Management Certificate, and is a candidate for the CFA.

Nicholas is an associate director and is a key point of contact for IFAs, brokers and DFM clients. He focuses on London and the Isle of Man.

Before joining Rathbones in March 2012, Nicholas worked within Baker Tilly’s Mergers’ and Acquisitions team and Datamonitor’s Financial Services.

Neil is an associate sales director responsible for client relationships and sales in the North of England. He joined Rathbones in November 2014, after nearly 10 years at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. Previously Neil worked at Rothschild Asset Management and has over 20 years' experience in sales.

Huw is an Investment Sales Executive for the Northern region, working alongside Neil Kerry and Gerry Lawlor.  He focuses on building relationships with Financial Advisors and Discretionary Fund Managers in the North of England.

Prior to joining Rathbones, Huw worked at Northern Trust and then Allfunds Bank managing the on-boarding of new clients and day to day operations for Allfunds’ institutional client base. 

Huw holds a BA (Hons) degree in History, Politics and Philosophy from the University of Brighton.

He joined Rathbones in September 2014, having spent over two years as a senior client relationship manager for Schroders. Andy brings over 10 years’ sales’ experience, having also worked at M&G in a variety of client-focused roles.

Arron is the associate sales director at Rathbones, responsible for the South of England. He joined Rathbones in July 2018, having spent over three years as a regional sales manager for Liontrust. Arron brings over 12 years’ industry experience, having also worked at Kames Capital and Transact in a variety of client-focused roles.

Ben is the head of regional sales (UK), with responsibility for the Rathbones distribution team covering intermediaries in the UK & Ireland. Ben joined the business in 2013 as a regional sales director, responsible for client relationships and strategy within the South West, Channel Islands, Midlands and Wales. Prior to joining Rathbones, Ben was a regional sales manager at AXA Investment Managers covering a similar geographical region mainly focused on the IFA marketplace.

Michael is a Business Development Specialist providing specialist support to financial intermediaries and additional insight for his colleagues.  His areas of focus include sustainability and ethical investing, Business Relief, EIS and Rathbones specialist services.  He also works with Brian McLaughlin as a key point of contact for IFAs, brokers and DFM clients in Scotland.

Michael joined the Rathbones distribution team in 2016 having spent 3 years at Octopus investments as a Business Development Manager and VCT Specialist.

He holds the CFA: ESG Investing, CISI Sustainable and Responsible investment certificate and the Cambridge institute of sustainable leadership: Sustainable Finance certificate.
