Camilla Stephens
Assistant investment manager
London camilla.stephens@rathbones.comCamilla is an assistant investment manager supporting Tim Shaw and his team in managing investment portfolios for private clients, pensions and trusts. Camilla joined Rathbones in 2020 as part of the Graduate Programme. Within her time on the programme she obtained the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) level 4 Investment Advice Diploma. She is currently studying towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification, having successfully completed CFA Level 1.
Prior to joining Rathbones she graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2018 having read Accounting and Finance (MA).
Carl Stick
Investment director and Board director, Rathbone funds
London Carl.Stick@rathbones.comCarl is a board director of Rathbone Unit Trust Management and plays a key role in the development of Rathbones’ investment process and business strategy. He is also the manager of the Rathbone Income Fund, which he has been managing since January 2000.
After Rathbones acquired Neilson Cobbold in 1996, Carl transferred to London in August 1998, where he became an assistant fund manager for the unit trust business, working alongside Hugh Priestley. Carl graduated from the University of Southampton in 1991 with a BA honours degree in English Literature. He is also I.I.M.R.-qualified and a Fellow of the Securities Institute.
Carol Macintyre

Edinburgh Carol.Macintyre@rathbones.comCarol is an investment director who has worked in investment management since December 1981 and she has been responsible for the discretionary management of investment portfolios for private clients, charities and trusts since 1990. Carol is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Carol joined Rathbones’ Edinburgh office in July 2010 having worked previously for the Bank of Scotland Portfolio Management Services from the end of 1981. Whilst with the Bank of Scotland, as well as managing discretionary portfolios, she was involved with the training of colleagues and with compliance monitoring.
Carol Xi

Carol is a senior tax manager and joined Rathbones in 2019. Her current role enables her to provide high level personal tax compliance and she can also help clients with inheritance tax advice.
Carol is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and more recently qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) in 2016. Carol has previously worked for a multinational accountancy firm, specialising in corporation tax for companies and owner managed businesses and therefore has considerable experience in many areas.
Carol grew up in Shanghai and is fluent in Mandarin.

Bristol Catherine.Murphy@rathbones.comCatherine advises Greenbank on charity funds. She previously worked at Henderson Global Investors from 1986 to 2001, as the fund manager responsible for institutional SRI portfolios and then as a director of Henderson’s Socially Responsible Investment team. Her clients included the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust as well as County Council Environmental Funds.
Charles Morgan

London Charles.Morgan@rathbones.comCharles is an investment director, he is responsible for the management of private client portfolios, including trusts, charities and pension funds (SIPPs). Charles began his career as a trainee stockbroker with Charles Stanley & Co in 1986 before joining Laurence Keen in 1990, which was acquired by Rathbones Group Plc in 1995. Charles is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Charles Sargent

London Charles.Sargent@rathbones.comCharles is an investment director, he manages a range of private client portfolios, pension funds, trusts and charities.
Charles has a degree in Business Administration and has completed the Chartered Securities Institute’s Masters in Wealth Management achieving a distinction in the final paper. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and sits on the firms Collectives Research Committee.
Charles joined Rathbones in 2007 from Hargreave Hale where he worked as a stockbroker. Prior to this he worked as a freelance producer of factual entertainment and documentaries in the television industry.
Charles Wilcox

London Charles.Wilcox@rathbones.comCharles has over 25 years' experience managing investments for charities, private clients and associated family trust structures. His principal role is as a senior fund manager with responsibility for over £250m of client money. He also sits on the Stock Selection Committee with particular expertise in UK companies. Charles is also the Rathbone representative on the FTSE/APCIMS Indices Committee. He was educated at Downside School and Exeter University where he attained a 2:1 degree in Economics and Geography. Subsequently he worked for Henderson Crosthwaite and Laurence Keen until the latter was acquired by Rathbones in 1998, where he has worked for c. 15 years.
Charles Younger

Edinburgh Charles.Younger@rathbones.comCharlie is an investment director and has over 30 years' investment experience. His prime responsibility is the discretionary management of investment portfolios for private clients, self invested personal pensions (SIPPs), trusts and charities. Charlie is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Previously, Charlie worked in investment management roles in Scotland and London with Greig Middleton, Laing & Cruickshank and Merrill Lynch International, and was elected a member of the London Stock Exchange in 1988. He joined Rathbones in Edinburgh in 2000.
Charlie Campbell

He joined Rathbones in February 2020 and works with Simon Parker, managing investments for a range of private client portfolios, trusts and pension fund. Prior to Rathbones he worked at Odey Asset Management and has been in the industry for 15 years.
Charlie is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Charlie Head

London Charlie.Head@rathbones.comCharlie is an Investment Manager in Rathbones' specialist Court of Protection and Personal Injury team. He joined Rathbones in April 2020 following the acquisition of Barclays Court of Protection and Personal Injury team, where he was a specialist Wealth Manager.
Since graduating in 2014 with a degree in Economics, Charlie has over eight years of experience in the provision of specialist investment advice for recipients of personal injury awards and their legal representatives, including lay and professional deputies and trustees, to ensure that they are able to enjoy the best possible quality of life without compromising their financial security.
Charlie is an active supporter of Cerebra, a national charity helping children with brain conditions and their families, and Stem4, a charity supporting positive mental health in teenagers. Charlie took part in the 2019 and 2022 RideLondon cycle events on their behalf.
Charlie is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Bristol charlie.young@rathbones.comCharlie joined Rathbone Greenbank in January 2021 after graduating from the University of Warwick with a BASc (Bachelor of Arts and Sciences) in Economic Studies and Global Sustainable Development. He is responsible for assessing the social and environmental performance of companies.
Cherie Hamoudi

She has over 26 years experience having started her financial career at Torrie & Co, stockbrokers, after which she spent a decade at Albyn Investments (which was acquired by Rathbones in 1998). Cherie then joined a private client law firm, Turcan Connell, where she was a senior investment manager responsible for managing discretionary portfolios.
Cherie joins Rathbones after six years at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management where she was a vice president. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute and is also a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Chris Ashton

Before joining Rathbones in 2018, Chris worked for Barclays and had over 5 years’ experience working with independent and restricted financial advisers.
Chris Gardner

Liverpool Chris.Gardner@rathbones.comChris has over 13 years' investment management and financial planning experience. He is a specialist in providing advice to recipients of personal injury and clinical negligence awards.
Chris works closely with clients, their families, legal representatives, trustees of personal injury trusts and deputies appointed by the Court of Protection.
He is experienced working with a wide range of claimants, including minors and brain-injured clients. Chris prides himself in providing solutions tailored to the individual needs of each client, depending on their circumstances, financial sophistication as well as the nature and severity of their injuries enabling them to make informed decisions to ensure they maximise their lifestyle without jeopardising their future security.
When he is not helping his clients he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and experiencing new cultures. Chris is a founding member of the North West fundraising group for the Child Brain Injury Trust.
He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments and a Chartered Financial Planner of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Chris Handley
IT Strategy and Change Director
Liverpool chris.handley@rathbones.comChris is an Enterprise Architect, Strategist and Technical Evangelist who has been with Rathbones since February 2017. He has 21 years’ experience in Information Technology, with 10 of those in financial services having previously worked for Callcredit, now TransUnion UK. Chris has broad industry experience and qualifications, whilst also being a member of the BCS having been awarded Chartered IT Professional status in 2009.
Chris enjoys golf and scuba diving using both as good excuses to travel the world.
