Greg is head of sales, responsible for developing relationships with the third-party market: fund platforms, wraps, and life companies, as well as the underlying IFA community that now increasingly rely on these platforms.
Prior to joining Rathbones, Greg worked at M&G for over 20 years where, latterly, he was director of advisory sales. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing the UK intermediary sales strategy and maintaining strong relationships across the retail third-party market.
Helen is an associate sales director, responsible for discretionary and institutional sales in London.
She joined Rathbones in 2000, having previously worked at Franklin Templeton, and Murray Johnston, responsible for institutional investment trust shareholder relationships.
Nicholas is an associate director and is a key point of contact for IFAs, brokers and DFM clients. He focuses on London and the Isle of Man.
Before joining Rathbones in March 2012, Nicholas worked within Baker Tilly’s Mergers’ and Acquisitions team and Datamonitor’s Financial Services.
Nicholas holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath. He holds the Investment Management Certificate, and is a candidate for the CFA.
Neil is an associate sales director responsible for client relationships and sales in the North of England. He joined Rathbones in November 2014, after nearly 10 years at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. Previously Neil worked at Rothschild Asset Management and has over 20 years' experience in sales.
Huw is an investment sales consultant and is a key point of contact for IFAs, brokers and DFM clients. He works alongside Neil Kerry, responsible for the North.
Prior to joining Rathbones, Huw began his career at Northern Trust, working within Transfer Agency. Huw then moved on to Allfunds Bank in an account management capacity, managing the on-boarding of new clients and day to day operations for Allfunds institutional client base.
Huw holds a BA (Hons) degree in History, Politics and Philosophy from the University of Brighton.
Andy is an associate sales director at Rathbones, responsible for the South and the East Midlands. He joined Rathbones in September 2014, having spent over two years as a senior client relationship manager for Schroders. Andy brings over 10 years’ sales’ experience, having also worked at M&G in a variety of client-focused roles.
Alfie is an investment sales consultant and is a key point of contact for IFAs, brokers and DFM clients. He works alongside Andy Austin, responsible for the East.
Before joining Rathbones in 2016, Alfie worked as a broker at BGC for four years, before spending a year at Franklin Templeton on the sales desk. Alfie holds a BA (Hons) Politics degree from the University of Leeds.
Arron is the associate sales director at Rathbones, responsible for the South of England. He joined Rathbones in July 2018, having spent over three years as a regional sales manager for Liontrust. Arron brings over 12 years’ industry experience, having also worked at Kames Capital and Transact in a variety of client-focused roles.
Matt is an investment sales consultant working alongside Arron Silk; and is responsible for client relationships and sales within the South. Before joining Rathbones in 2015, Matt spent three years at Fidelity Worldwide Investment supporting IFA’s and brokers in sales & client services. Matt holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business & Finance from the University of Greenwich.
Ben is the head of regional sales (UK), with responsibility for the Rathbones distribution team covering intermediaries in the UK & Ireland. Ben joined the business in 2013 as a regional sales director, responsible for client relationships and strategy within the South West, Channel Islands, Midlands and Wales. Prior to joining Rathbones, Ben was a regional sales manager at AXA Investment Managers covering a similar geographical region mainly focused on the IFA marketplace.
Naomi is an investment sales consultant working alongside Ben Johnson; and is responsible for client relationships and sales within the South West of England, South Wales and the Channel Islands. Before becoming a sales consultant, Naomi was an investment sales administrator at Rathbones where she was responsible for assisting the sales team and managing internal relationships with the marketing team.
Naomi joined Rathbones in April 2016 having graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Sheffield. She holds the Investment Management Certificate.
Brian is associate sales director for Scotland & Northern Ireland. He is responsible for growing the Rathbone footprint in the area via deeper relationships with the financial adviser community as well as discretionary fund managers. He joined Rathbones in March 2016, having spent three years with Old Mutual Global Investors. Previously he spent 10 years with Prudential Plc.
Michael is an investment sales consultant for Scotland, Northern Ireland and London working alongside Brian McLaughlin; and is responsible for growing the Rathbone footprint in the area via deeper relationships with the financial adviser community as well as discretionary fund managers. Michael joined Rathbones in October 2016, having spent two years with Octopus Investments.
Julian is an investment sales executive, working on developing relationships with IFA’s. He specialises in discretionary fund management and multi-asset investment solutions for the intermediary market.
He joined Rathbones in February 2008, working initially on the advisory side of the business where he qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner, before moving across to the distribution team in January 2015.
Julian holds an LLB (Hons.) Law degree from Lancaster University.
Chris’s career started in retail banking, where he spent four years with Barclays. Chris joined Rathbones in April 2018, bringing over five years experience in different corners of the market, including pensions, wealth management and alternative investments. working with independent and restricted financial advisers. Chris specialises in developing relationships with national firms, networks and strategic partnerships.
Gail is a partnership relationship executive. Within Rathbones, Gail works with the sales team and is primarily responsible for the platform relationships ensuring RUTM funds are represented to suit the needs of our clients.
Gail joined Rathbones in July 2000, having previously been based in Jersey, working within the insurance industry.
Polly is our strategic partnership manager, working with a range of industry influencers to ensure that the various routes-to-market are understood, positioned and communicated accordingly. She specialises in the Rathbones discretionary fund management service.
Polly has over 20 years’ business-to-business sales exposure in a variety of sectors including software, travel, commercial banking, nanotechnology, employee health services and travel management.
Rosie is an investment sales executive, working on developing relationships with the third-party market, including fund platforms, wraps, and life companies, as well as the underlying IFA community, which now increasingly rely on these platforms. Her focus is on the South.
Rosie joined Rathbones in July 2008, having graduated with a BA Hons from Sussex University.
Victoria is head of sales desk. She works alongside Greg Mullins and Ben Johnson to support the investment sales team engage with the IFA community.
Victoria joined Rathbones in April 2001 from Deutsche Bank and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
