Rathbone Unit Trust Management (“Rathbones”) announces that fund manager Noelle Cazalis will leave the business to pursue other interests outside the UK. Fixed Income fund manager Stuart Chilvers will assume lead fund manager responsibilities for the Rathbone High Quality Bond Fund with immediate effect and with no change to the investment process or objective of the fund.

Heritage fund EGM results
At an EGM of shareholders held 26 January 2022, the resolution that the scheme of arrangement (the “merger”) between Rathbone Heritage Fund and Rathbone Multi-Asset Strategic Growth Portfolio, a sub-fund of Rathbone Multi-Asset Portfolio (as detailed in the Information Pack sent to shareholders on 15 December 2021), was passed. Accordingly, the merger is expected to take place on 22 April 2022.

Rathbone Investment Management expands access to Rathbone Greenbank Portfolio Range for advisers
The new propositions are the Greenbank LED MPS, an intermediated execution-only offering for clients with a minimum investment threshold of £15,0001; and Greenbank LED Managed, an intermediated discretionary proposition for those clients with a minimum investment threshold of £150,000.
Both propositions will offer look-through reporting as part of a comprehensive reporting package, including a year-end tax pack to help investors or their accountants complete self-assessment tax returns and reporting on the sustainability characteristics of their investment.

Rathbones names new CIOs as Julian Chillingworth announces retirement
Rathbones, one of the UK’s leading providers of investment management services for individuals, charities and professional advisers, is pleased to appoint Elizabeth Savage and Edward Smith as co-chief investment officers of Rathbone Investment Management, as Julian Chillingworth announces his retirement.
Following a 20-year career at Rathbones, most recently as chief investment officer across the business, and with more than 40 years in the investment industry, Julian has decided to retire, planning to leave Rathbones in early 2022.

Although she remains an integral part of the investment team, the managership of the Rathbone Heritage Fund stays within that team, with ultimate responsibility reverting to Carl Stick.
