Introducing the Rathbones SIPP

From 19 January 2026, as part of our ongoing integration following the merger between Investec Wealth & Investment and Rathbones Group Plc, the Investec Wealth & Investment SIPP is rebranded to the Rathbones SIPP.

Your SIPP structure, bank details, investment strategy and investment team remain unchanged. This is a change in name only.

We have updated our Terms of Business (previously called Terms & Conditions) to:

  • reflect the new branding and improve clarity.
  • explain that the scheme administrator has changed from "Investec Wealth & Investment" to "Rathbones Investment Management".
  • outline that the trustee company has changed from "Investec Wealth & Investment Trustees Limited" to "Rathbones SIPP Trustees Limited".
  • simplify language and terminology wherever possible.
