Promoter
The promoter of this prizedraw is Rathbones Investment Management Limited (‘Rathbones’), Port of Liverpool Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NW.
The prize
The prize is a Hamper, which has items of food and drink inside. The approximate value equates to £170. There is no cash alternative.
Eligibility
The Rathbones Hamper prizedraw is open to UK residents only.
Rathbones assumes that by entering the prizedraw (and it is warranted that) participants are aged 18 or over.
It is not open to employees of subsidiaries of Rathbones Group Plc or related parties of such employees and anyone directly connected to the promotion. Rathbones reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
How to participate
Complete either a paper entry slip or electronic entry form.
Entrance is free and the participant is not under any obligation to receive updates or information from Rathbones as a condition of entry. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions and have the legal capacity to enter any relevant consent and warrant that all information submitted is current and complete. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the prizedraw.
The draw will be open from 08:30 on 1 September 2025 and will close at 18:00 on 5 December 2025. No more than one entry per person or email address will be accepted.
Rathbones accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received due to factors outside of its control. Illegible or fraudulent entries, or entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions, will be disqualified. Entries will only be accepted by completion of an official entry slip or online form. The winner will be notified solely from the information supplied with the entry.
The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received and the winner will be notified by email or phone call by 8 December 2025.
There are no alternative prizes and no cash refunds or part-cash refunds will be offered. All taxes, insurance and anything else associated with the use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize will be sent to a UK address only, within 20 working days of acceptance of the prize by the winner.
The winner’s name (if the winner is in agreement) will be announced on the Rathbones social media channels. Rathbones will not use the details of winners in any post competition publicity without the written consent of those involved.
In all matters, Rathbones’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to third parties. Rathbones reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice or liability. Rathbones reserves the right to substitute the prizes for one of equal or equivalent value.
Rathbones will not be liable for any damage or loss to persons or property resulting from the prizes. To the fullest extent that may be excluded by law, Rathbones accepts no responsibility for, or liability arising from, participants taking part in the promotion or the prizes and all activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Copyright for all entries will become the property of Rathbones and may be used by Rathbones in any manner it chooses without further consent and entries will not be returned.
This promotion shall be governed by English Law and each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Promotional material forms part of the terms and conditions.
