Benny joined Rathbones in February 2025 after graduating from the University of Exeter with a first-class degree in Economics and Business. He now supports investment managers with investment decisions, discretionary portfolio management, and client relations.
Benny is currently working towards his Investment Advice Diploma and has a passion for golf and cricket amongst other sports.

Freddie Blunden

Freddie started his career in financial services at the beginning of 2018 when he joined Rathbones. In his role as an Investment Director, he manages client portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and pension funds. Freddie particularly enjoys building relationships with his clients, understanding their circumstances and goals to provide an excellent service. Freddie graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a 2:1 in Mathematics. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having passed the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.
Cameron Band

Cameron joined Greenbank in May 2023, following a year of working at Rathbones as an Administrative Assistant.
Before entering the world of investments, Cameron worked in the legal industry, specialising in Wills and Probate. He now looks forward to expanding his knowledge and has recently signed up to the CISI level 3 Investment Operations Certificate.

Tom Hobbs

Tom is a Business Development Director for the West and South Wales region, responsible for supporting, engaging, and building relationships with wealth managers, financial advisers, and intermediary clients across the region. He joined Rathbones in 2025 from Vanguard Asset Management, where he spent 11 years leading business development across the South West and Wales. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Financial Planner for 11 years, both in the UK and overseas. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Toby Saunders

Toby Saunders joined Rathbones in 2024 as an Investment Director, bringing over a decade of experience in wealth management. He works closely with individuals, families, charities, trusts, and pension schemes to help them achieve their financial goals, protect and grow their wealth, and gain confidence in their investment decisions.
Toby began his career at J M Finn, where he trained as an Investment Manager, before moving to Quilter Cheviot in 2018. He holds a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Wealth Manager.
