Clients with large families and significant wealth appreciate our extensive experience and advice in relation to their broad range of assets, interests and personal objectives. Trustee and executor services

Managing a trust can be complicated and time-consuming. We can take the burden of the necessary administrative obligations by being appointed as either sole or co-trustee to a trust or settlement, dealing with all annual tax compliance, filing accounts and returns, and organising payment of all taxes.

Once we have determined your trust’s objectives, we ensure regular reviews of your trust alongside legislation to ensure its tax efficiency, highlighting where strategies could maximise any available tax reliefs.

Where issues can be difficult for any family, our executorship services takes on the administrative responsibilities of will and estate management, identifying all assets and liabilities and dealing with them in accordance with the instructions of the deceased. If necessary we can be appointed as executor by the will or administrators of the estate by the executors.

Charity trustee and administration services

Whether a small family foundation or large grant-making trust with significant assets, we can assist with many different charities and their unique requirements.

We have a team of charity experts who are well-versed in careful planning, effective communication and efficient administration. As well as being a trustee of a charity, we can also deal with:

  • creation and registration of charitable structures
  • preparation of all trustee board and committee papers
  • assessment of applications for trustees
  • book-keeping and preparation of annual accounts
  • Charity Commission and Companies House compliance work.
