Signage

Fully compliant signage has been installed in Rathbone's demised areas to assist disabled
persons with safe passage in and around the location. For your convenience all signs are tactile.

Disabled Parking

There are no facilities available for parking at this location due to the under building car park access restrictions
There is parking close by for public use at the B4 muti story 

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair users can access the building through the front entrance where building security
will provide assistance for entry to the lift.  Access to Rathbones office is from teh 3rd floor lobby and using the intercom to contact Rathbone's reception.

Induction Loop

At the reception desk an induction loop system is placed for your convenience. Writing
materials will always be available should this be a preferred method of communication.

Toilets 

There are disabled toilets availble at this location on each floor. 

Lifts 

The building has a fully compliant lift, which can be used by visitors if required. Signage
will denote which floor the lift stops at.

Stairs 

Stairs and landings are adequately signed and illuminated. To visually assist users, treads
and risers are fitted with a nosing of a distinguishable colour.

Fire Exit

Where required a member of the company will assist you with safe egress from the building.
