Available assistance

Disabled parking 

There are no disabled parking spaces at this location due to the under building car park access restrictions. There is parking close by for public use at the B4 multi story and Livery street.

Signage 

Signage has been installed in Rathbones' areas to assist disabled persons with safe passage in and around the location. For your convenience all signs are tactile. 

Wheelchair access 

Access the building through the front entrance where building security will provide assistance for entry to the lift.  Access to Rathbones office is from the 3rd floor lobby and using the intercom to contact Rathbone's reception.

Induction loop 

At the reception desk an induction loop system is placed for your convenience. 

Toilets

There are disabled toilets available on each floor. 

Lifts

Signage will denote which floor the lift stops at. 

Stairs 

Stairs and landings are adequately signed and illuminated. To visually assist users, treads and risers are fitted with a nosing of a distinguishable colour.

Fire exit 

Where required a member of the company will help you leave the building safely.
