The Rathbone family history dates as far back as 1669 and the name has been synonymous with Liverpool ever since. Available assistance
Disabled parking
Parking facilities are available in designated bay within the building car park. Spaces must be reserved in advance of attendance via reception. Additional parking is available to the side of the building, which is for public use.
Signage
Signage has been installed in Rathbones' areas to assist disabled persons with safe passage in and around the location. For your convenience all signs are tactile.
Wheelchair access
Wheelchair users can access the building through the Mann Island entrance where building security will provide assistance for entry via lift to the ground floor level. Access the office by taking the lift to the 4th floor where you'll find our reception.
Induction loop
At the reception desk an induction loop system is placed for your convenience. Writing materials will always be available if this is your preferred method of communication.
Toilets
Disabled toilets are available on the 4th floor. Toilets are located on all floors within the common atrium areas. A client toilet is also available within the meeting room suite.
Lifts
Signage will denote which floor the lift stops at.
Stairs
Stairs and landings are adequately signed and illuminated.
Fire exit
Where required a member of the company will help you leave the building safely.
