Rosie is a Senior Investment Sales Executive for London, working alongside Nicholas Elliot and Jake Lewis. She focuses on building relationships with Financial Advisors and Discretionary Fund Managers as well as developing relationships with the third-party market, including fund platforms, wraps, and life companies.
Rosie joined Rathbones in July 2008, having graduated with a BA Hons from Sussex University.

She has also been awarded the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Ross began his career in operations at Lifetime Group and subsequently Singer & Friedlander. He then spent almost six years with Jupiter Asset Management as a portfolio manager before joining Rathbones in September 2014.
Ross graduated from Cambridge University with a master's degree in Natural Sciences and is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Member of the CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment). He now sits on the CISI examination panel for the Financial Markets module of the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification (formerly known as CISI Masters in Wealth Management).

Beyond work, you’ll likely find Ross on a golf course. A statement which he believes will remain accurate indefinitely.

Ross joined Rathbones in July 2019 following the integration from Speirs & Jeffrey. He assists two Investment Director
colleagues with the management of private client portfolios. Prior to starting with Speirs & Jeffrey in 2017, Ross worked for Barclays Wealth

After earning her degree in PPE from Oxford, she joined Ruffer as an equity analyst, before moving to Orbis five years later. After a detour into working for a quant fund, dataffirm, Rowan joined Rathbones in 2020. She is a CFA charterholder.

Rowland began his investment career in 1997 at Fleming Private Asset Management (subsequently acquired by JP Morgan Chase) where he built up a solid grounding in equity research before becoming a private client portfolio manager. In 2001, he joined HSBC Investment Management, where he was made a director and ultimately responsible for a team managing over £200m of assets.
Rowland moved to PSigma Investment Management as an investment director in 2005, making a significant contribution to the firm’s expansion during his six years managing private client, trust, SIPP and offshore bond portfolios. He joined the Liverpool office of Rathbones in January 2012 as an investment director.
At Rathbones, Rowland specialises in the management of discretionary portfolios for private clients, including trusts, pensions and other investment vehicles. He is a member of the Financial Advisor Specialist Group and has previously sat on the Rathbones Stewardship Committee.
He graduated from Newcastle University in 1997 with 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Rural & Environmental Economics. In 2001 he was made a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Outside of Rathbones, Rowland also acts as a trustee, providing investment oversight, for a large educational charity with assets of approximately £30m.

Rupert is a director – corporate development and is part of the team responsible for coordinating the M & A activities for the Group and leading Group-wide strategic projects.
Prior to joining Rathbones in March 2015, Rupert spent 15 years in corporate finance at Hawkpoint Partners and subsequently Canaccord Genuity, where he advised a wide variety of financial services companies on M&A and financing transactions, with a particular focus on the investment management and private banking sectors. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute.

Rupert graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Economics, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the designation Chartered Wealth Manager, following completion of the level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager qualification. He is also a member of the Guild of Investment Managers.
Rupert was named as one of Citywire’s Top 100 Wealth Managers in 2019.
