I manage bespoke investment portfolios for private clients, independent financial advisers, pensions, trusts and charities. Portfolios are tailored to each client's requirements and objectives to ensure they achieve their financial goals and it suits their present and future needs. I work with both private individuals and IFAs where, as a team, we pride ourselves on working closely with both the adviser and their clients to help manage portfolios in a tax efficient manner. I also work closely with Investec's in-house research team to ensure that I am always kept up to date and well informed, enabling me to make suitable decisions in line with our clients specific circumstances, risk tolerances and financial objectives.

Bruce joined Rathbones in 2002 having worked with Hambros for the previous 25 years managing its private bank and trust business for the majority of that time.

Bruce served as managing director of Rathbones Trust Company Limited up until the end of 2022 and remains a director of the Trust company, looking after a dedicated portfolio of clients, primarily in the Landed Estates sector. 

With over 40 years' of practical experience Bruce has gained a wide range of expertise and knowledge in all areas of corporate, private and charity trust work.  He now specialises in Family Office Services for wealthy clients, together with Charitable Foundation activity.

Bryn is the head of fixed income for Rathbones and is lead manager on the Rathbone Ethical Bond Fund and the Rathbone Strategic Bond Fund. He joined Rathbones in November 2004 from Merrill Lynch, where he managed $2 billion of fixed income assets.

Bryn is a member of the Rathbone Strategic Asset Allocation Committee, non-executive chairman of Rathbones' Fixed Income Committee, and an adviser to the Rathbone Banking Committee. He is a WMA representative for the HMT DMO’s (His Majesty’s Treasury - Debt Management Office) Gilt market consultation process. Bryn appears regularly on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. He also sits on the IA Fixed Income Committee.

Bryn graduated from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography in 1995. Bryn’s Rathbone Ethical Bond Fund was awarded Best Sterling Corporate Bond Fund at the Morningstar UK Fund Awards 2014 and 2016; Best SRI Bond Fund at the Money Observer 2015, 2016 and 2017 Fund Awards; the Rathbone Ethical Bond Fund is also a top performer in the Bond Pound Sterling – Corporates sector over three and five years in the UK (Lipper Fund Award 2015) and was ‘Highly Commended’ at the 2015 Moneywise Awards. His Rathbone Strategic Bond Fund was voted best Multi-Asset Fixed Income Strategy at the Investment Week Specialist Investment Awards 2015 and was highly commended in 2016. Winner of the Judges Choice Fixed Income award 2018 – Investment Week Fund Manager of the Year awards. Best Ethical Investment Fund, 2019 and 2018; Best Sustainable and ESG Bond Fund 2020 - Investment Week Sustainable and ESG Investment Awards. Originally from the Highlands, Calum joined Speirs & Jeffrey in 2015 after spending five years at Baillie Gifford. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2009 with a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Financial Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019. Calum works closely with Graeme Dickie.

I also act for charities and sit on a number of charitable committees which gives me some insight into the issues charities face. Where appropriate, I work closely with my financial planning colleagues to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.

Cameron graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2009 with an honours degree in Law. While studying for his degree he spent a year abroad in Nijmegen in The Netherlands.

He joined Speirs & Jeffrey in August 2009 and initially worked in the custody department, moving to the investment support department in the summer of 2010. Cameron was appointed an Investment Director in December 2017.

Cameron works closely with Graeme Dickie and Tony Smith. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Security & Investment. Speirs & Jeffrey was fully integrated with Rathbones in July 2019.

By ensuring their attitude to risk is considered alongside the aims for the funds invested, I can help devise a suitable investment strategy tailor-made for their requirements and manage their portfolio within the agreed parameters. This can often involve working closely with a client's existing advisors. Through detailed discussions and working in partnership with the adviser, I am able to position their investments appropriately using the strength of our research capabilities and expertise. My responsibilities extend across a wide spectrum of clients from individuals and pension funds, to trusts and a number of charity accounts.

Camilla is an Investment Manager working alongside Charles Wilcox and Achuthan Rajendra, managing discretionary investment portfolios for private clients, pensions and trusts. Camilla joined Rathbones in 2016 after graduating from the University of Bristol. She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, holds the Investment Advice Diploma and the Chartered Wealth Management qualification.

Camilla sits on the UK Collectives and Private Equity Committee. She enjoys building strong relationships with the team’s clients, understanding their goals and providing an excellent service.

Camilla graduated from the University of Edinburgh gaining a 2:1 in Geography in 2010 and is now a Chartered Fellow, FCSI, of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, having completed the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment Masters in 2014.

She works alongside Tim Johnson who is an investment director managing discretionary private client investment portfolios for complex family structures, including the management of bespoke family funds. As well as participating in researching investment ideas and providing administrative support, Camilla is also a member of the Overseas and UK Investment Committees, which has responsibility for the research, selection and monitoring of international and UK equity exposure for the group.
