Jemima is an Investment Sales Consultant for the Western region, working alongside Ben Johnson and Matt Honour.  She focuses on building relationships with Financial Advisors and Discretionary Fund Managers in Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, south Wales, Cornwall and Devon. 

Jemima previously worked at Jupiter Asset Management as a Sales Support Executive.    

Jemima holds a B.B.A in Finance and a Minor in Entrepreneurship at Georgia State University.

Peter is a DFM Specialist at Rathbones, responsible for the East of England. He joined Rathbones in June 2020, having spent over 4 years as a Business Development Manager with City Asset Management, and six years with Sanlam. Peter brings over 25 years of experience in intermediary focused roles.

Polly is our strategic partnership manager, working with a range of industry influencers to ensure that the various routes-to-market are understood, positioned and communicated accordingly.  She specialises in the Rathbones discretionary fund management service.
Polly has over 20 years’ business-to-business sales exposure in a variety of sectors including software, travel, commercial banking, nanotechnology, employee health services and travel management.

Rahab is the sustainable multi-asset investment specialist for the Rathbone Greenbank Multi-Asset Portfolio funds. She joined Rathbones in 2021, having worked previously as a junior responsible investment specialist at HSBC Asset Management. Rahab graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics, holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Rahab is the sustainable multi-asset investment specialist for the Rathbone Greenbank Multi-Asset Portfolio funds. Sammy is co-manager on the Rathbone Global Opportunities Fund. He joined Rathbones in July 2014 from JP Morgan Cazenove, where he worked for 14 years in Pan-European Equity Sales providing both primary and secondary advice to hedge funds, institutional and private clients. Sammy is a graduate of both Edinburgh and Cambridge University where he completed an MA in 2001.

Sammy is co-manager on the Rathbone Global Opportunities Fund. Sarra joined Rathbones as a credit analyst in July 2015 and was subsequently promoted to Fixed Income Research Analyst in 2020. As a credit analyst, Sarra was responsible for providing in-depth credit analysis for the Fixed Income Committee and to investment managers at Rathbones. Sarra covered names from different sectors including financials and corporates. She continues to provide oversight to analysts’ recommendations to the group. In her current capacity, Sarra also represents the fixed income team in investment meetings, actively manages the credit process and ensures the quality of the fixed income investment approach. Her responsibilities extend to chairing the Fixed Income committee and providing FI research to the group, including portfolio construction and helping to manage a small institutional book of Fixed Income.


Sarra graduated from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Business Management in 2015. She has also achieved a master’s degree in Banking and International Finance with Merit in 2016 from Cass Business School. Sarra holds the Investment Management Certificate and CFA charterholder. Before joining Rathbones, Sarra completed two summer internships, one with a finance start-up in China and another with Goldman Sachs in their Syndicated Bank Loan division in London.

Siyuan is a global equity analyst for Rathbones Asset Management who also works on sustainable investment ideas for the Rathbone Greenbank Global Sustainability Fund. Siyuan joined Rathbones in April 2013, having worked as a research analyst for three years in Martin Currie’s emerging markets team. She speaks three languages and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Siyuan also holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Stuart works with Bryn Jones, assisting in the management of the Rathbone Ethical Bond Fund and the Rathbone Strategic Bond Fund. He is also the lead fund manager of the Rathbone High Quality Bond Fund. 

Stuart joined Rathbones in September 2017 and was made an Assistant Fund Manager in January 2020, then Fund Manager in January 2022. Previously, he gained three years industry experience at Brown Shipley.

He graduated from Bath University with a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He is a CFA Charterholder and also holds the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager qualification, having won the CISI Financial Markets & CISI Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification awards at the annual CISI awards in 2016 & 2017 respectively. He was named in the 2018 Citywire Top 30 under 30 investment management awards.
