Update on combination with Investec Wealth & Investment UK
Rathbones Group Plc has obtained all relevant regulatory approvals for its all-share combination with Investec Wealth & Investment UK, which is expected to complete on 21 September. The combination will create the UK’s leading discretionary wealth manager.
