Rathbones has today strengthened its in-house Financial Planning team with the appointment of Gaius Jones as Head of Financial Planning, Rathbone Investment Management Ltd. Gaius joins today and will be based in London.
Gaius is a Chartered Financial Planner with more than 25 years’ experience of working with clients and their professional advisers at a senior level. He was previously CEO of Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning and led the re-engineering of that firm’s approach to financial planning making it clearer and more effective and attractive to clients and asset managers. He joined John Scott and Partners in 1999 and held a number of senior roles in that firm’s evolution, concluding as a board member of Towry.
