I work closely with the Financial Planners both before and after client meetings to gain a greater understanding of a client's circumstances, requirements and financial objectives. Once the financial planning strategy is agreed, part of my role is to review any existing arrangements and ensure these continue to be appropriate, as well as undertaking research to confirm any proposals we make will meet the needs and objectives of the client. I then outline the plans agreed with the financial planner and report these to the client in writing, ensuring that all the relevant information is included and that our recommendations meet the client's needs. I also liaise with the relevant providers to ensure the smooth processing of applications and information where required.
