Saunderson House

I provide financial planning advice to a wide range of private clients. I cover all areas of financial planning, but I am particularly interested in cashflow planning and advising those who have recently acquired wealth, for example from a business sale or inheritance. This frequently involves working closely with other professional advisers to offer the best outcome for my clients.

Peter joined Saunderson House (now Rathbones Financial Planning) in 2001, having read Economics at university.  He is a Charted Financial Planner who has been authorised to provide advice since 2004, specialising in private client advice.  Outside of work he is married with two daughters and son who keep him busy, though he is also a keen sportsman and enjoys travelling.

Philip is a Chartered Financial Planner with over nine years’ experience of working collaboratively with his clients to structure their financial affairs to meet their financial objectives. He passionately believes in the value of proper financial planning and has seen the value of the peace of mind and reassurance that planning brings to clients who are uncertain of their long term security and who wish to ensure their affairs are managed in the most suitable and tax-efficient manner.

Philip previously worked at the Private Bank C. Hoare & Co, joining Rathbones in August 2016. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
