Rathbones Group completes combination with Investec Wealth & Investment UK
Following regulatory and shareholder approval, Investec W&I UK has today become part of the Rathbones Group.
Update on combination with Investec Wealth & Investment UK
Rathbones Group Plc has obtained all relevant regulatory approvals for its all-share combination with Investec Wealth & Investment UK, which is expected to complete on 21 September. The combination will create the UK’s leading discretionary wealth manager. Read the announcement here.
Rathbone Unit Trust Management makes new Executive Chair and Chief Executive appointments as Mike Webb announces retirement
Rathbones Group Plc announces the appointments within Rathbones Unit Trust Management Limited (RUTM) of Jayne Rogers as Executive Chair and Tom Carroll as Chief Executive. Jayne will also take on the role of Chief Distribution Officer, Rathbones Group Plc. This is subject to FCA approval. Both Jayne and Tom will be based in the London office.
